I'm Elderberry, a Naturopathic Doctor, Homeopath, and Vitalist Herbalist who has built a global healing practice by doing one thing differently:

For nearly 15 years, I've guided thousands of families around the world back to the vibrant health they were born to experience—through ancient, proven methods that modern medicine has forgotten.
I specialize in Face, Iris (Iridology), and Tongue diagnosis—techniques that reach deeper than any lab test or prescription pad ever could. I blend these tools with powerful emotional mapping methods to uncover the root cause of imbalance—not just mask symptoms.

I founded the Vital Force Healing Academy in 2025 to pass on this sacred work and train a new generation of healers ready to do things differently.
Since 2014, I’ve taught nearly 10,000 students, grown a community of over 32,000 on Instagram, and lovingly handcraft herbal remedies from the forests and fields where I live.

At my core, I'm a Family Doctor. I work with humans of every age, race, belief, and background. If you have a body—you belong here.

When I'm not teaching or working with clients, you’ll find me foraging herbs under ancient trees or homeschooling my 10-year-old son, raising him the way nature intended.
